Dialectics of interethnic relations in the multicultural space

The article deals with the interethnic relations in the multicultural space in the framework of social science dialectics. The authors analyse such antipodal concepts as “globalization” and “localization” constituting the synthesis of unification and diversification processes. These processes make the society to be in a constant struggle. Thus, local ethnic communities object to the external expansion of global culture to preserve their traditions and heritage, while the global culture declares and propagandizes universal values. The unity of two opposite processes is a result and consequence of the struggle between culture universalization and regionalization.
