Dialogue as a way to minimize social risks of personal identification

The article considers actual problems of dialogue and its place in optimization and minimization of social risks of personal identification. On the basis of the deep-psychological and socio-cultural mental attitudes analysis the author determines such fundamental concepts as identity, identification and risk. The article discusses dialogue as a good method for making new ethical systems in the context of globalization, and its importance for reduction of the negative consequences of the personal activities in the modern society.
