A dialogue between state and society under the conditions of modernization of the Chinese Peoples Republic

This article is devoted to evaluation the degree of political participation of citizens in China and to analysis of types of social organizations that exist in the People's Republic of China, as well as to the study of their impact on the process of political modernization of the country. The author emphasizes the study of the way in which civil society organizations are involved in the formation, implementation of the government power.
