Dialogic communication between administrative managers and employees as an object of linguistic research

The article gives a definition of dialogical communication between an administrative manager and employees, highlights the genres of speech that are used to achieve communicative goals. The paper provides analysis of the non-verbal means of communication inherent in administrative discourse.
