The differentiation of legal responsibility of small and medium-sized business entities within the administrative law

The article deals with administrative responsibility of small and medium-sized business entities. According to the authors, a special status of small and medium-sized business entities is almost not reflected in the existing administrative law. The authors critically evealuate the equality in the application of administrative sanctions to all legal entities, regardless of their status, and also advocate for the need for a more flexible system of administrative sanctions, that takes into account peculiarities of small and medium-sized business entities as subjects of administrative legal regulation. As reasonably operating mechanism of administrative responsibility for collective actors will contribute to achieving of public policy objectives in the area of development of small and medium-sized businesses, to the elimination of excessive administrative barriers for the development of all forms of business and will lead to less corruption in government bodies and officials athorised to bring to administrative responsibility.
