Differentiation of bodily self-image in individuals with somatic and psychosomatic skin diseases

The article describes a pilot study aimed at identifying features of bodily self-image detailing (differentiation) in two groups of skin diseased persons, having an "objectively"-somatic, and psychosomatic nature. It is shown that the detailing is higher in somatic diseases group, as well in that group it is perceived as more threatening implementation of the sexuality of men and of interpersonal communication in women.
