Differentiation of labour motives of the Ulyanovsk region population

Hierarchy of motivations in labour activity of the Ulyanovsk Region population is considered in the article. Differentiation of labour motives of different layers of population through the population stratification model is presented. Types of employees differing in low and high achievement motivation are determined.
