Crohn's disease is a pathology that can be localized in any part of the intestine. When localized in the terminal ileum - ileitis - symptoms of the disease are indistinguishable from the clinical picture of appendicitis. The question of the differential diagnosis of Crohn's disease with appendicitis is relevant, since the true diagnosis can only be installed on the operating table after opening the abdominal cavity.
