Differential psychological research of lawyers'' Burnout features in different types of legal practice: a personal approach

The article observes psychological differences in lawyers’ mental burnout severity depending on their specialization. The results of the research dealing with the burnout features in connection with its endogenous determination in legal practice are discussed. The most significant general and specific endogenous burnout determinants are distinguished according to the lawyers' professional specialization. The author considers differential psychological features of burnout determination from the perspective of personal traits. The article emphasizes the need to develop programs for professional selection, burnout prevention and correction according to the professional specialization.
