A differentiated usage of atypical neuroleptics in patients with schizophrenia in a period of remission (results of comparative research)

There given a comparative research of efficiency of atypical neuroleptics upon long supporting therapy in the period of remission in patients with various forms of schizophrenia (intermittent, recurrent, continuous paranoid, sluggish schizophrenia). The differences of anti relapse efficiency of clozapine, risperidone, olanzapine and quetiapine have been established. The comparison of dynamics of patients' state and remission quality when taking these neuroleptics has been specified. Basic principles of a differential approach to its usage depending on clinical peculiarities of disease have been offered.
