Dilemma of globalization and anti-globalization: glocalization phenomenon and its consequences for science and society

The problem of interaction between the science and a society is a fundamental problem of the modern times. The article presents an analysis of dialectical interaction between globalization and anti-globalization processes, their influence on the science development. The special attention is paid to the discussion of the dilemma of globalization and anti-globalization, which may be replicated in the concept of glocalization.
