The approach to the dynamic calculation of damaged structures is given. The analysis of vibration of reinforced concrete beam and rigidly clamped rectangular plane is made. In the beam vibrations are caused by the destruction of interior support, in the plate they are caused by the sudden transformation of the bounding on the short sides.
