Hotels have always offered differentiated room rates to different clients, however in past few years dynamic prices become increasingly popular among hoteliers, actively replacing not only the static contracts, but taking the way of hotel booking to a new level. Whether this is a short-term trend or we are seeing the evolution in the hospitality industry? The results of the study of this issue are presented in this article.
