The article considers issues and modern approaches to the management of thecompetitiveness of the service sector organization. Proposes approaches to the au-thor's conception of the adaptive mechanism of competitiveness management. The methodical approaches to the formation of the mechanism of dynamic automated management of competitiveness are described, as well as the main constituent elements of the mechanism are given. Step-by-step sequence of interaction of the mechanism elements is proposed.
