Dynamics of asthenic disorders in patients with hypertensive encephalopathy with constitutional phlebopathy in the course of neuroprotective therapy

In work are considered character of asthenic disoders, their dynamics in patients with hypertensive encephalopathy with constitutional phlebopathy in the course of neuroprotective therapy. We examined 140 patients with constitutional venous insufficiency, suffering from hypertensive encephalopathy of I–III stages, middle age 46,7±7,7 years. Patients of the main group received the basic therapy (antiaggregants and antihypertensive drugs in the doses recommended by the cardiologist) and Cytoflavin (760 mg twice daily). The 30 patients of the parallel group received only standard basic therapy. The expressed asthenic disoders are noted. In 25 days of the research the main group in comparison with parallel group was revealed to have a decrease in asthenic complaints, indicators of asthenia.
