Dynamics of heart systoles in table tennis players while fulfilling technico-tactical actions without a ball twisting

In modern table tennis a big volume of the time of training in the process of sporting preparation is allotted to technico-tactical actions. There are only some publications devoted to the problem of these exercises infl uence on functional organism systems and, in particular, the infl uence on the frequency of heart systoles (FHS). The revealing of the size and dynamics in the process of fulfi lling technico-tactical actions in playing table tennis allows to form, though partially, the notion of the specialized load size. Tennis players usually fulfi l it in the process of training.
