Dynamics of demographic processes: the reasons behind depopulation

The article discusses the dynamics of demographic processes and presents factor analysis of the reasons for depopulation, paying particular attention to the factor of values. The author argues that axiological criteria should play an important role in the evaluation and selection of projects and programs that form the content of family policy and government information targeted at increasing birth rates and ending the trend of depopulation.
