Dynamics of changes in the authority of political institutions in the modern world

The article is devoted to the study of the process of changing the authority of political institutions in the modern world. In the process of evolution of states, there was a transformation of both institutions of power and institutions of participation. This was facilitated by both social development and changes in the natural and climatic conditions of the surrounding territory. With all their conservatism, institutions of power were also transformed, since humanity is not able to resist changes in society and natural anomalies. The most dynamic, in this regard, is the institution of political parties. Having emerged in ancient times and developed in the Middle Ages, the institution of political parties, in my opinion, reached its apogee and, at present, the decline in the authority of this political organization has begun. In fact, there are many reasons. First of all, this is the corruption of the electoral system and, of course, the failure of political parties to fulfill their election promises. In government structures, everything is interconnected and the solution of certain problems is always accompanied by financial costs. In other words, the activities of political parties are directly related to the state budget.
