The success of the State's work on anti-corruption is directly dependent on the availability of relevant and objective information, both in law enforcement and judicial activities in this field, in the first place to determine the effectiveness of the measures. Intensive standard-setting work of the legislature carried out in recent years as well as coordinating activities of the executive and the judiciary to combat corruption in our country indicates certain, both positive and negative results.
