Based on the actual experimental material, regression dependences of the failure flow parameters eliminated by technical service enterprises on the operating time of Liebherr L556 single-bucket front loaders since the beginning of operation for three categories of operating conditions and for the fleet as a whole have been obtained. It has been established that the flow of failures eliminated by technical service enterprises significantly deviates from known patterns. The causes of these deviations have been investigated. For this purpose, the failure streams of the components of loaders are considered. For different components and different operating conditions, regression dependences of the parameters of the failure flow from the running time of machines, including steamed, parabolic and linear dependences, were obtained. The results of the study make it possible for technical service enterprises to predict the volume of services, taking into account the structure of car parks and the conditions of their operation.
