Dynamics of development of social sphere of Russia in political elite estimation

The value orientations of political elite of the republics of Buryatia, Sakha (Yakutia), Tyva, concerning modern development dynamics of Russia development are studied in the article. On the basis of empirical researches data the characteristic is given to social sphere of the Russia society. The obtained material allows to reveal the problems and prospects of Russia development at the present stage.
