The article investigates the trends of divorce rates in the Krasnodar Krai in the 1980-s. Particular attention is paid to the dynamics of divorce in the urban and rural areas of the region. The figures covering major cities and rural areas of the region are analyzed. The author attempts to identify some regularity of divorces by months.
