Change of delay time of surface acoustic waves in layered system « niobate lithium - the adsorbed water» was considered at a variation of temperature of adsorbing surface and humidity of gas medium. Dependence of temperature coefficient delay of an acoustic electronic device on the degree of humidity of gas medium was studied.
