Results of the geocryological monitoring organized since 1987 on a right bank of middle Lena River are generalized. Objects of researches are the top horizons of cryolitozone. The conclusion was made that the major factor defining interannual changes of permafrost landscapes thermal state, is the snow accumulation. On the basis of experimental data dynamics of soils thermal state is quantitatively estimated. It is established that trends of changes the soils average annual temperatures on a sole of layer of annual heatturns change from weakly negative to positive values.
