Dynamics of platelet activity in hypertensive patients with dyslipidemia with pravastatin

The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of pravastatin on plasma biochemical indices and blood platelets and platelet aggregation in patients with arterial hypertension with dyslipidemia. Under surveillance were patients with arterial hypertension 47 1–2 degrees of dyslipidemic patients IIb type, risk 3. The monitoring group comprised 26 healthy people of similar age. Use of pravastatin in patients with arterial hypertension with dyslipidemia for 52 weeks therapy significantly reduces the severity of dyslipidemia, lipid peroxidation activity in the mitochondrial membranes, reduces the ability of aggregation blood gills, letting the control level.
