Due to the fact that in the Russian Federation in 2014, as a result of the reform, there were changes in the provisions on the legal entity - Director. The novel concerns specifically article 53 of the civil code, which contains provisions that a legal entity acquires rights and obligations through their bodies that act on their behalf. The novel gave an opportunity to discuss who the Director is-the body of the legal entity representative.
