Disciplinary coercion in the system of administrative and legal means of combating corruption

Introduction: in this article, based on the opinions of scientists and scientific literature, disciplinary coercion in the system of administrative and legal means of combating corruption was considered. It is noted that corruption manifestations in the studied area have a variety of forms. Given this, it is possible to say that the subject of the article is undoubtedly relevant. Special attention is paid to the attitude of the head of the public authority for corruption by officials. Stated that it is not always from the head of inevitable punishment, takes into account factors relevant to the employee, in some cases, directly contrary to the law. In this regard, the importance of proper implementation of anti-corruption mechanisms is in the area of close attention of both the country's top political leadership and business entities, citizens. Materials and Methods: article includes the Constitution of the Russian Federation, legislation on administrative offences, and local regulations governing the implementation of activities to counteract corruption. The methodological basis is represented by the general dialectical method of scientific knowledge, methods of comparison, analysis, generalization and description. The Results of the Study: allowed us to analyze in more detail the existing measures of legal responsibility, as a result, it was proposed to supplement them. Findings and Conclusions: it is concluded that it is now very important to establish actual legal liability measures for violations of the anti-corruption legislation of the Russian Federation. Ensuring the effective implementation of the relevant duties, restrictions and prohibitions established in public authorities can be achieved, including through a measure of disciplinary coercion, such as disciplinary disqualification.
