Disciplinary relations in the Russian army (late XIX - early XX centuries)

Analyzing Russian literature the article examines the historical experience of the Russian state devoted to the strengthening of the discipline in the Russian army (late XIX - early XX centuries). The particular attention is given to the study of theoretical and legal grounds of discipline strengthening among the military personnel. The author reveals the discipline and penal direction in the activity of the state and military organizations in the Russian state during law and order enforcement in the military forces. He also shows the role and place of military criminal legislation in behalf of the military discipline strengthening.
