The disciplinary offenses connected with reporting discipline of the barrister before the principal and deduction of money and documents

Purpose: Research of the separate disciplinary offenses existing in the Russian jury legal profession. Methodology: Formal-legal and historical-legal methods were used. Results: In article such structures of disciplinary offenses of barristers as violation of reporting discipline of the lawyer before the principal and deduction by the lawyer of money and documents of the client are analyzed. The historical and legal analysis of similar offenses in the period of jury and modern legal profession is carried out. Novelty/originality/value: Article possesses the high scientific value as is one of the first attempts to provide the historical and legal characteristic of disciplinary offenses of barristers.
