Dysfunction of coronary bypass grafts and stents after surgical myocardial revascularization in patients with coronary artery disease: pathogenesis, risk factors and clinical assessment

Бесплатный доступ

The article discusses the pathogenesis of coronary bypass graft (CABG) failure, as well as thrombosis and restenosis of coronary stents (CS). The data of clinical studies on dysfunction of coronary venous and autoarterial conduits and failure of target lesions of stented areas of coronary arteries in patients with CAD were systematically analyzed. The main directions of further promising directions for scientific research in the field of approaches to repeated invasive correction of the pathology of the coronary bed are determined.
