Discrimination of women in the countries of the Arctic region

Resume: in the modern conditions of the development of domestic and international relations, the problem of realizing the rights of women to provide work, timely and in full payment of wages, protection of labor rights, freedoms and legal interests is significant. The chosen topic is relevant in connection with the absolutization of the equality of women and men at work. The existence of discrimination on the basis of sex is contrary to international and national legislation. Changes in the spheres of public life necessitate a revision of those provisions that do not meet the interests of society and amending the current legislation.
