Women discrimination in the APEC countries in the context of criminal law

Today women have received important rights in the life of society. This directly relates to the modern activities of women in science, politics, economics, culture, etc. The activities of women in economics and politics can be traced back to ancient times, women could perform the work of scribes and other business operations. The paper examines the gender difference in employment, conditions and wages. Undoubtedly, the differences between men and women in a number of characteristics are undeniable, but this cannot be a basis for infringement of women’s rights.
