Discourse of soft power in foreign policy

The article deals with basic interpretations and strategies of soft power in contemporary international relations. According to our hypothesis discourse soft power is used as a tool of influence and promotion in global information space and foreign policy. Major structural components of soft power are economic attractiveness, human capital assets of the country, cultural capital, diplomatic and political tools of soft power. special attention is paid to the chinese model of soft power.
