Dissomniya at cardiological diseases in patients with young age (analysis of a condition of a problem)

The review of the modern literature on interrelation affective, cyrcadian and dissomnic infringements at cardiological diseases at persons of young age is spent. High prevalence of depressive disorders is shown at a cardiovascular pathology. High frequency cyrcadian dysfunctions at depressions which confirms an important role of system a dream-wakefulness in an etiology of these frustration is established. Are studied specific polysomnographic changes at affective infringements, and also their influence on dynamics of cardiovascular diseases. The interrelation between structure of a night dream and risk of occurrence of urgent cardiological conditions is investigated.
