Remote involvement of minors in criminal activity as an object of criminalistic research

The analysis of statistical data and numerous examples from law enforcement practice indicates the transformation of ways of involving minors in criminal activity, namely, an increase in cases of such involvement using modern digital and information and communication technologies. The purpose of the paper is to study the criminalistic signs of remote involvement of minors in criminal activity. The dialectical, logical, systemic, as well as a number of other methods of scientific cognition: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, generalization, description form the methodological basis of the study.
