Human capital remote management in an uncertain environment

The article deals with the aspects of human capital management when modifying the working process in the period of remote mode, ways to minimize risks in situations of uncertainty by applying a quality management system, and also proves the need to facilitate the adaptation of employees in the period of changes in the company. The urgency of finding ways to reduce risks in the company’s activity is emphasized. Incomplete information, unstable and non-linear nature of the process dynamics, the problem with the communication component - all this removes the company from its goals. The object of the article is human capital, which requires special control of employees’ activity from the management. The subject of this article is a complex of management actions of managers in relation to human capital in conditions of uncertainty with the purpose of its preservation, multiplication, minimization of risks of the company from the activity of employees. Such methods as analysis, synthesis and supervision were used in the work. The result of the research is the revelation of the complex of measures at the organization of the human capital management in the period of uncertainty, including the criteria of the labour force efficiency, prerequisites for the reduction of the team performance. The principles of minimization of company risks are listed.
