The distribution contract

The article considers the distribution contract impacted in todays business turnover. The essence of this contract and its place in the system of civil law contracts of Russia and also the rules of legal regulation applicable to it are defined on the basis of materials of law enforcement practice. The article also explores the legal nature of an exclusive right which in the practice the distributor has been entitled to its business and its influence on the contract in which it is included. Taking into account of the specific of a distribution contract the risks related to its conclusion are analyzed.
