Design of urban environment of Krasnodar in the period of postmodernism

The article deals with the modern design of urban environment in the city of Krasnodar, arising as a result of rapid development of city planning and increasing sociocultural needs of people. It is concluded that solution of the problems of harmonious interaction of historic monuments and modern buildings in the postmodern period is possible by modernization of the subject-spatial environment filling the urban space.
