DNA forensics and some issues of causality in the examination of the severity ofbodily injuries

One of the tasks of forensic medical examination in the theory of criminology is to establish the character of the causal relationship between injuries and bodily injuries. The forensic features of conducting a forensic medical examination play an important role in solving this problem. The purpose of this publication is to determine the essence and structure of the direct and accidental causal relationship between injuries and bodily injuries. Methods: analysis of regulatory regulation, formal legal, comparative legal. Results: the elements of internal and external conditions influencing the course and outcome of bodily injury for forensic medical examination are identified, the severity of non-life-threatening injuries according to their outcome and consequences is disclosed, the issue of skin microbiomes is disclosed, topical issues of expert assessment of injuries are identified.
