One of the tasks of forensic medical examination in the theory of criminology is to establish the character of the causal relationship between injuries and bodily injuries. The forensic features of conducting a forensic medical examination play an important role in solving this problem. The purpose of this publication is to determine the essence and structure of the direct and accidental causal relationship between injuries and bodily injuries.
