Dogma of jurisprudence within the meaning of esthetics

This article presents dogma of jurisprudence as the esthetic and law phenomenon; most important for legal sphere characteristics of esthetics are marked in the article; the concept of beauty is articulated as the criteria of esthetic accounts of dogma of jurisprudence: simplicity, correctness, measure, harmony, symmetry, discipline are pointed out as factors imagining an intellectual beauty of dogma. It is argued that dogma of jurisprudence should be deemed as a phenomenon of intellectual beauty due to abstractedness of its form and content. The practical focus of esthetics is shown in the article as exemplified by application of esthetic and law method to characteristics of dogma of jurisprudence. It is made an assumption that development of esthetic motivation of lawyers for beauty of their business shall give impulse to jurisprudence, as a culture sphere, effectually; reach a stage of humanistic mentality and human-conformable activity.
