The article analyzes laws regulating aircraft leasing, defines legal status of the aircraft lease agreement parties, and specifies features of the aircraft utilization. The author studies theory and court cases concerning the issue under consideration, and gives recommendations on disambiguation of the legal regulation of the relationship.
