Commercial concession agreement in Russian law

This article examines the history of the development of a franchising agreement and the process of incorporating the institution of «commercial concession» into Russian law, analyzes the demand for this type of agreement, as well as the problems of unifying the corresponding conceptual apparatus in Russian law and identifying the distinctive features of this agreement.
