This article deals with the problem of the practical application of the tenancy agreement, the consolidation of this form of agreement in normative legal acts. An important aspect discussed in this article is the right regulation of the activities of the lessor associated with the delivery of the dwelling to the tenant, and also some features of the contract of employment and payment of taxes by landlord in the exercise of its activities.
