The contract regulating provision of access to know-how

The article describes the problem of relative legal relationship definition, regulating the access to know-how which would correspond to the nature of the indicated object of the civil law. The author specifies that the studied relations should be based on the model of professional secret, and not on the contracts with the exclusive right to objects of intellectual property as a subject.
