In this article author analyses the content and legal characteristics of the contract of warehouse storage, considering such elements of a civil contract, as a concept, qualifying features, classification and characteristics of the subject composition. Based on the applicable of civil legislation, the author tries to show the relevance and significance of the contract of warehouse storage to commercial activities of business entities.
