Contract management of other people's affairs and its significance for the inheritance law of the Russian Federation

The article considers the law enforcement potential of the new contractual structure proposed by the author of this study - the contract of management of other people’s Affairs, designed to mediate private law management acts in corporate law, insolvency (bankruptcy), inheritance law, as well as other areas. Attention is paid to the institution of probate execution under Russian civil law; the shortcomings of this institution are revealed; the ways of its improvement through the prism of positivization of norms on the contract of management of other people’s Affairs are proposed. The author comes to the conclusion that the proposed contract solves a number of application tasks: clarifies the powers of the executor; ensures the transparency of its legal status; ensure involvement of the executor to civil liability; allows you to stop mandatory assessments of the hereditary mass.
