This article discusses a specific phenomenon of the informal relations in the customs sphere: the customs authorities’ unlawful forcing of customs agents to the simula- tions of the customs law violations for the purpose of official reports falsification. We investigate the causes of this illegal activity growth and propose its oust from the customs sphere.
