Proving criminal cases on serious and very serious crimes (based on the results of criminal cases in the courts of the Chelyabinsk region)

The article considers proving the criminal assaults by the law enforcement agencies in criminal cases tried by the courts of the Chelyabinsk region. The experience of using the results of operative and investigative activities including the use of modern tools and techniques in proving is analyzed. The practice of applying criminal investigation procedure is often assessed differently by the participants of criminal proceedings, as well as by the scholars and practitioners. However without the support of operative investigation it is impossible to prove criminal activity in many serious and very serious crimes. The point of interest is accumulated regional experience to legalize the results of criminal proceedings, the use of pseudonyms, etc.
