Doctrine historicism: testing practices

In the article the point of view on current understanding of the essence of his-toricism is being proved. The focus of the authors of the doctrine of historicism, whose influence on people's minds, in their view, the excessively increases, then decreases to a vanishing value. This impact is largely determined by testing the viability of the doctrine of current practice.
