Doctrinal forms of law and forms to express a legal doctrine

In this article, the author attempts to understand the forms of external expression of legal doctrine. The teaching of doctrinal forms of law is subjected to criticism. The author concludes that, the forms of legal doctrine should be understood as specifics of their objectification in the surrounding reality, as designed results of its output beyond thinking of a single subject. The forms of legal doctrine may include written and oral forms as major forms and a mnemonic form as an optional and original form. It should be recognized as a mistake to assign legal technique elements to the forms of legal doctrine.
